Process
From first drawing to the dock in five steps
You work with one account manager from quote to delivery. Each step has a defined output, so you always know what has been approved and what comes next.
STEP 1
Quote and design review
Send drawings or a sample. We return a quote with manufacturing feedback that can lower cost.
STEP 2
Prototype
First parts in days, made on production equipment so results predict production quality.
STEP 3
Pilot run
A small batch proves tooling, fixtures and test procedures before volume begins.
STEP 4
Mass production
Scheduled runs with in-process inspection and traceability by lot or serial number.
STEP 5
Ship and support
Export paperwork, packing to your spec and after-sales follow-up through one contact.
Quality
Four inspection gates, recorded for every lot
IQC
Incoming
Material certificates and dimensions are checked before anything enters production.
IPQC
In process
Operators and inspectors measure critical features at set intervals during each run.
FQC
Final
Finished assemblies pass functional tests against your acceptance criteria.
OQC
Outbound
Packing, labels and quantities are verified against the order before shipping.

Questions
What buyers ask before their first order
What files do you need for a quote?
A 3D model in STEP format and a 2D drawing with tolerances are ideal. For assemblies, add a bill of materials with quantities. We can start from a sketch and photos, then confirm the final price after a design review.
Can you manufacture in more than one location?
Yes. We plan builds around where your customers are and what your parts need. The same drawings, inspection plans and test procedures apply in every plant.
How small can the first order be?
Prototype quantities start at one piece. Pilot and production runs are priced by volume, and tooling for stamping or molding is quoted separately.
How do I follow my order?
Each project has one account manager and a shared status page with inspection records and shipping updates.
