Your drawing, reviewed.
Every quote starts with a design-for-manufacture review. Our engineers mark tolerances, materials and processes that lower cost without touching function.

Considered engineering. Beautifully resolved products. From the first drawing to the final detail, we bring metal, plastic and electronics together.
One partner
Most hardware programs juggle a machine shop, a sheet-metal vendor, a molder, a board house and an assembler. We bring those processes into one plant network, so parts are made to the same drawings, inspected to the same plan and shipped as one product.
DFM review on every quote, cost-down proposals, prototypes made on production equipment and a documented handover into volume.
Sheet metal, stamping, tube, CNC machining, injection molding, finishing, PCBA and box build, scheduled as one job.
Material sourcing, safety stock, export documentation and delivery to your warehouse or straight to your customer.
Material intelligence / No. 01
A finished product is a thousand small decisions, made well. The material. The tolerance. The way everything comes together.

SMT lines place components from 0201 to BGA. Every board passes optical inspection and in-circuit test before it is fitted.
SMT · AOI · X-ray · ICTVI Assembly & test
Electro-mechanical and box-build lines assemble the product, load firmware and run a functional test on every serial number.

Packed to your specification, documented and shipped on your terms, to your warehouse or straight to your customer.
EXW · FOB · DDPQuality
Four inspection gates cover every order, and every record is kept against the serial number of the unit it belongs to.
Material certificates and first-piece dimensions checked before release to the line.
Patrol inspection and SPC on critical dimensions at every station.
Functional test, cosmetic inspection and label verification on every unit.
AQL sampling, packing audit and photo record before the container is sealed.

Who we build for
Take your first product to market without building a supply chain. We help you lock the design for manufacture and plan the first runs.
Add capacity and new processes without adding vendors. One purchase order covers the parts, the assembly and the test.
Transfer or dual-source programs with full documentation, approved process changes and a plant footprint that spreads tariff risk.
Where we build
Each plant runs the same quality manual and the same ERP, so a program can move between them without requalifying the product.
Final assembly, box build and test for North American customers, with USMCA-qualified supply.
Our largest campus: sheet metal, stamping, machining, molding, PCBA and finishing on one site.
Electronics and electro-mechanical assembly for programs that need a second Asian source.
Questions
If your question is not here, our engineers answer within one business day.
No fixed minimum. We build prototypes from one unit and quote production from a few hundred to several hundred thousand units. Price breaks are shown on every quote.
Machined and sheet-metal prototypes usually ship in one to two weeks. Molded parts depend on tooling, typically four to six weeks for a production tool.
We sign your NDA before receiving files, restrict drawings to the project team, and keep tooling and documentation registered to you. Files are stored on access-controlled systems.
STEP and IGES for 3D, DXF and PDF for drawings, Gerber and BOM files for electronics. A physical sample is fine too if no drawings exist.
We do, on EXW, FOB or DDP terms. That includes export documents, certificates of origin and delivery to your warehouse or your customer.
Certificate of conformance as standard. First article reports, PPAP packages, material certificates and test records are available on request or by contract.
