Larkspur began in 2016 in a converted Minneapolis garage with a 5 kg roaster and one stubborn idea: great coffee should be fresh, fairly bought and effortless to love.
Today we work directly with 14 farms and cooperatives, paying on average 2.3× the Fair Trade minimum. Every lot is roasted in small batches, cupped by our team, and on its way to you within two days.
