Tell us where and when. We find the right jet, two pilots we trust and a car at the bottom of the steps, usually within three hours.
A person answers, not a form. Quotes usually come back in about 30 minutes, including at 3 a.m.
11,412 flights arranged since 2009. 31 of them yesterday, the longest from Teterboro to Malé.

Owning a fleet means selling you whatever is parked closest. We work the other way round: we look at your trip, then pick the aircraft and the operator from about 400 we have inspected ourselves. We turn down roughly one in four.
Most of our clients never fill in a form. They message the desk, someone who already knows that they take the aisle seat, that the dog travels too and that the car should be a van because of the skis, and the rest happens quietly.

Seventeen years of trips, written down. The numbers below are the ones clients ask about most.
Ways to fly
Most clients start with a single trip. If you end up flying often, the same coordinator moves you to a card or a company program.

Charter a jet
A fixed hourly rate, a guaranteed jet on 24 hours’ notice and hours that last two years, peak days included.
Compare cards
Approval rules, one monthly invoice in USD, EUR or GBP, and a duty-of-care report showing who flew where.

Boarding took 9 minutesTwenty-one degrees, the dog bed by seat 3, still water rather than sparkling. Nobody had to ask twice.
Challenger 350 · 9 seats · Wi-FiFood came from a restaurant near the client’s office. The wine was the one they had on the last trip.
Catering ordered at 18:55Fifteen minutes from landing to the hotel. The return on Thursday is already pencilled in for 16:00.
Flight time 1 h 52 minChoose a starting city and a size of jet. Everything that lights up is one flight away, no fuel stop.
Approximate still-air range with typical passengers and reserves. Actual range depends on load, winds and airport limits; your flight desk confirms every route.
You don’t need to know the models. Tell us how many people and where, and we’ll suggest two options with the reasons.

We moved a board meeting from Zurich to Riyadh with nine hours’ notice. Every director landed with the papers printed and the cars waiting.
The squad flies straight after night games, often into airports that close at eleven. Three seasons, and we haven’t missed a curfew.
They told us the cheaper jet couldn’t make Aspen in January with our camera kit. They were right, and we stopped shopping around.

Before an operator flies one of our clients, we read its last two years of audits, check the pilots’ hours on type and visit the base. About one in four doesn’t make it through.
Every flight has two pilots, both with at least 3,000 hours. Our operations room follows each one live, and if something changes, a weather diversion or a slot delay, you hear it from us first, not from the airport.
Both with 3,000 hours or more, at least 500 on the aircraft type.
Two years of audit history before an operator flies a client.
The Geneva operations room watches every departure until the engines stop.
Liability cover checked per flight, not once a year.

When a jet has to reposition, the price of the whole aircraft drops. These go within hours, and times can move with the original booking.

Usually three hours in Europe and the US. Our fastest this year was 74 minutes, Luton to Geneva, for a client who had missed a scheduled flight. Long-range jets need a little longer to crew.
Aircraft, crew, fuel, airport and handling fees, standard catering and Wi-Fi where available. Anything extra is listed on the quote before you book.
Yes, on most aircraft. Tell us when you book so we can arrange the right paperwork for your destination.
A card fixes your hourly rate and guarantees an aircraft with 24 hours' notice. Charter is priced per trip with no commitment.
Yes. You can add sustainable aviation fuel to any flight, and corporate clients receive emissions reports for every trip.
Tell us the trip. A flight coordinator replies with aircraft options and an all-in price, usually within thirty minutes.
Flying often?
Twenty minutes on the phone, no sales deck. We look at last year’s trips and tell you honestly whether charter is still cheaper.
