Seasonal highlights

What changes through the year

Winter

Ski season, Dec to Mar

Courchevel, Sankt Moritz and Aspen fill up. Book 48 hours ahead and expect small airports with short runways.

Summer

Mediterranean, Jun to Sep

Nice, Olbia, Ibiza and Mykonos reach peak traffic on Fridays and Sundays. Slots cost more, so we plan early.

Events

Grand prix, art fairs, sports finals

Airports near big events book out 3 to 6 weeks ahead. Ask us as soon as you have dates.

Private terminals

The airport that saves you an hour

A private terminal, called an FBO, lets you drive to the aircraft and clear security in about 10 minutes. Small airports close to the city can save an hour compared with the main one.

We check runway length, noise rules and opening hours before we quote, and tell you if the best airport is not the biggest.

  • Curfews and slots checked before booking
  • Customs and immigration arranged in advance
  • Cars, catering and crew transport at the same airport

Destination questions

Can you fly anywhere?

To any of more than 5,000 airports, if the aircraft has the range and the runway is long enough. We tell you when a stop is better.

How early should I book peak events?

3 to 6 weeks for the largest events. For a Jet Card, 48 hours on peak days.

What about visas and customs?

Your coordinator checks entry rules, permits and overflight approvals. You carry your travel documents; we handle the paperwork for the aircraft.

Do you fly to small airfields?

Yes, within runway limits. Light and Midsize jets reach the shortest strips.
