How it works

From first message to the bottom of the steps

No account, no membership fee and no form you have to fill in. Most trips take four messages.

  1. Tell us the trip

Call, message or use the form. Where, when, how many, and anything unusual: a dog, skis, a wheelchair, a meeting that might run late.

    Two minutes
  2. Two options, one price

A coordinator checks real availability and sends two aircraft with an all-in price, the operator’s name and why we chose them.

    About 30 minutes
  3. Confirm

Sign the charter agreement and pay by bank transfer or card. We book the slots, the catering and the cars while you do.

    Same day
  4. Fly

Arrive fifteen minutes before departure at the private terminal. Your coordinator stays on the trip until you have landed.

    Boarding in about 10 minutes

Aircraft

Five sizes of jet. We suggest two.

You don’t need to know the models. The right size depends on passengers, luggage, runway length and whether you want to stand up in the cabin.

Charter, card or program

Is charter the right fit?

For most people flying under 25 hours a year, yes. Above that, a card usually costs less.

Multi-leg and group charter

One itinerary, planned as a whole

A roadshow through four cities, or forty guests to a wedding in Mallorca. We plan crew duty hours, overnight costs and slots for the whole trip before you see a price, so the third leg doesn’t surprise anyone.

  • One quote covering every leg
  • Crew rest planned around your schedule
  • Airliners from 30 to 180 seats for teams and events
  • One coordinator from first leg to last

Most private terminals are a two-minute walk from the aircraft.

Airport and FBO handling

A lounge instead of a terminal

We fly from private terminals, called FBOs, wherever there is one. Passports are checked in a lounge, bags go straight to the hold, and where the airport allows it the car drives to the steps.

  • Customs and immigration arranged before you arrive
  • Car to the aircraft at most European and US airports
  • Meeting rooms and showers at larger FBOs
  • Out-of-hours openings requested for you

Catering and pets

Your food, and the dog

Order from the caterer we trust at that airport, or from a restaurant you already like. Dogs and cats travel in the cabin on most aircraft; we sort out the paperwork for where you’re going.

  • Menus from four hours’ notice
  • Allergies passed to the crew in writing
  • Pet passports, import permits and vet checks arranged
  • Child seats and travel cots on request

I sent the request from the car. By the time I reached the airport there were two jets, a price, and a good reason to take the smaller one.

Charter questions

How far ahead should I book?

Three hours is usually enough in Europe and the US. For holiday weekends, ski season and big events, book a week ahead to get the aircraft you want rather than the one that’s left.

Can I change the time after booking?

Yes, usually at no cost if you tell us before the crew is called in, about four hours before departure. Later changes depend on crew duty limits; we tell you the cost before anything changes.

Is the price really all-in?

Aircraft, crew, fuel, airport and handling fees, positioning flights and standard catering are included. Anything that might apply, such as de-icing or crew hotels, is listed on the quote with a price.

Why do one-way flights cost more per hour?

The jet usually has to fly back empty, and that flight is part of the price. We look for aircraft already near your destination to keep it down, and tell you when an empty leg would save money.

What happens if the weather turns?

The operations room watches every flight. If a diversion or delay looks likely, we call you first with options: a different airport, a later time or another aircraft.

How much luggage fits?

Roughly one large suitcase per seat on light jets, more on larger aircraft. Skis, golf bags and instruments fit on most midsize jets and larger. Tell us what you’re bringing and we’ll check the hold.

Can I pay in euros or pounds?

Yes. We invoice in USD, EUR or GBP and accept bank transfer or card. Payment is due before departure for first-time clients.

Ready when you are

Where to next?

Tell us the trip. A coordinator replies with two aircraft and an all-in price, usually within thirty minutes, including at 3 a.m.
