Who it is for

Flight programs for organisations that fly often

Companies

Boards and executive teams

One policy for who may fly, on what, and who approves it. Finance sees every trip in one place.

Family offices

Households with several principals

Separate budgets per family branch, one invoice, and a discreet account team that knows preferences.

Sports teams

Squads and staff

Charter blocks for fixture lists, with the whole squad on one aircraft and the kit on another.

Production

Film and events crews

Multi-city schedules that change daily. Dedicated coordinators and a single point of billing.

Policy and approvals

Travel policy and approval rules, in writing

Rules are agreed at onboarding and applied by the desk on every request.

Rules you set

  • Who may book, and for which aircraft category
  • Spend limits per trip, per month and per traveller
  • Trips above a threshold need a second approver
  • Preferred operators and blocked ones

How it runs

  • Requests arrive by phone, message or the portal
  • The desk checks the rules before it quotes
  • Approvers get a link and answer in one tap
  • Out-of-policy trips are flagged, not refused

Billing

One invoice a month, in your currency

Currencies

USD, EUR or GBP

Pick one invoice currency. The rate is fixed on the date of each flight and shown on the statement.

Detail

Line by line

Every flight with route, aircraft, hours, fees and cost centre. Export to CSV or send to your finance system.

Terms

30 days, or a credit line

Pay within 30 days of invoice, or prepay a deposit that is drawn down and topped up when it falls under 20%.

Duty of care

Duty-of-care reporting for every trip

Know who is in the air, where, and on whose aircraft.

During each trip

  • Live flight status to your security contact
  • Passenger manifest held by the desk, not circulated
  • An alert within 15 minutes if a flight diverts or is delayed more than 45 minutes

After each trip

  • Monthly report: flights, hours, destinations and travellers
  • Operator checks: inspection date and any open findings
  • Annual summary for your board or risk committee

Account team

A named team, not a queue

Dedicated account team

Three people who know your travellers

An account director sets the program and reviews it each quarter. Two coordinators handle daily requests, and one of them is always on call.

Replies take two hours or less on weekdays, and the 24/7 desk covers the rest. Your team has a direct number, not a switchboard.

  • Quarterly review of spend, hours and policy
  • Named backups when someone is away
  • Handover notes for every traveller preference

Need to know

Manifests stay small

Passenger lists go to the operator and airport only as required. We do not publish or sell travel data.

Storage

Encrypted, kept 24 months

Trip records are encrypted at rest. After 24 months they are removed unless the law requires otherwise.

Access

Role-based, logged

Only your account team sees your trips. Every access is logged and reviewed monthly.

Onboarding

From signed agreement to first flight in about four weeks

Case studies

Three programs, with numbers

Fictional clients, sample numbers.

Family office, Geneva

11 flights a month, one invoice

Four family branches each got a budget. Reconciliation fell from 3 days to 4 hours, and 92% of trips were approved within 20 minutes.

Professional football club, London

38 fixtures, no missed kick-off

A 28-person squad flew 38 away fixtures in a season. Every flight left within 15 minutes of schedule, saving about 140 travel hours a season.

Film production, Los Angeles

A 6-city shoot in 19 days

Schedule changed 14 times. The same two coordinators rebooked each leg, and crew billing stayed in one invoice, in euros.

Enterprise questions

Is there a minimum spend?

Programs start around 100 flight hours a year. Below that, a Jet Card is usually cheaper.

Can we keep our own preferred operators?

Yes. Tell us which operators you trust or block. We still vet every aircraft before it flies.

Who sees our travel data?

Your account team and the operator, as needed to fly the trip. Reports go only to the people you name.

Can we leave?

Agreements run 12 months. Unused prepaid hours are refundable under the card terms.

Do you invoice subsidiaries separately?

Yes. Cost centres and legal entities get separate statements under one program agreement.
