About Aerelle
A small desk of charter coordinators in five cities. We do not own jets, so the only aircraft we recommend is the one that suits your trip.

Our story
In 2009 most charter brokers sent a PDF and went quiet. Marguerite Ashby opened Aerelle with two desks, one phone line and a rule: every call is answered by a person who can price the trip.
We still do not own aircraft. That is deliberate. A broker with its own fleet recommends its own fleet; we recommend whichever of about 400 inspected operators fits the trip best, and we say why.
Seventeen years and 11,412 flights later, the desk is 41 people in five cities. The rule has not changed.
Since 2009
Marguerite Ashby opens Aerelle in a rented room in Mayfair with one coordinator and a list of 19 operators.
We start visiting operators in person. Anyone we have not inspected stays off the list, however cheap the quote.
The Americas desk takes over the overnight shift. The 24/7 desk starts here.
Crew-duty checks and aircraft substitutions move into one room that never closes.
The Middle East desk opens, and the first Jet Card is sold with hours that stay valid for 24 months.
The Asia-Pacific desk opens. The 11,000th flight leaves in the autumn.
Principles
No fleet to fill. We pick the operator that fits, and show you the two closest alternatives.
Every operator on the list has been visited. About 1 in 4 applicants is turned down.
The quote is the price. Fuel, fees and positioning flights are inside it.
Every client has a named coordinator and a number that is answered at 3 a.m.
